RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

For UK orders returns processed through our return portal back to the warehouse will be charged at £4.99 per return. This charge will be automatically deducted from your refunded amount.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders, returns are the customer's responsibility. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any refund or return request at our sole discretion.

UK RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to reject any refund or return request at our sole discretion.

  • UK returns will be charged at £4.99 per return when returning to our warehouse using one or our returns drop-off services.
  • The return charge will be deducted automatically from your refund amount once we have processed your return at our warehouse.
  • Returns via the returns portal are tracked.
  • Remember to drop off your return within 15 days.

TO START A UK RETURN

  • Login to the Web App portal to start a return -  https://start.atlast.co/misfits-inc/
  • Enter your email. You will be sent a 6 digit OTP (One time passcode) to this email.
  • Enter the 6 digit code from your email confirmation back in the Web App. Click “confirm".
  • Select the orders tab and click on "Add an order”.
  • Enter your Order No: #MFXXXX and click on "Check order number”.
  • Click on the item(s) you want to send back from the order items overview.
  • Select the most suitable return reason from the list that will appear at the bottom of the screen.
  • Preview your return details and confirm.
  • A QR code will be generated and all the necessary details for your return will be sent to your email. Kindly take a moment to review your email confirmation and locate the link labelled 'Dropoff Directions'.
    This will provide you with a comprehensive list of all our convenient drop-off points.
  • Visit your nearest Collect+ 'dropoff' location, show the QR code and you're done.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer an exchange on unsuitable items only a refund. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (however We reserve the right to reject any refund or return request at our sole discretion). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The return charge will be deducted automatically from your refund amount once we have processed your return at our warehouse.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.
